- The Java Runtime Environment JRE is now bundled inside the Windows GeoFIS application. No need to install Java to use GeoFIS
- Remove dependencies to deprecated R packages ‘rgeos’ and ‘rgdal’, replaced by the ‘sf’ package
- Support for 32-bit architecture has been dropped with R version >= 4.2
- The CSV export of layer:
- Use of the regional option ‘List Separator’ on Windows to a better integration with Excel (see CSV Files and Regional Settings)
- The point geometry is exported as ‘x, y’ coordinates, the other geometries are now exported in WKT format
